4 New Potatoes - Cut in half
1/4 c. Ranch Dressing
1 lb. Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak - Cut lengthwise into 1/2 in. slices
8 Cherry Tomatoes
Grill steak on medium-high heat.
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 12-14 min. - Drain and cool slightly.
Reserve half of dressing.
Thread meat onto skewers, alternating patatoes and tomatoes between folds of steak.
Brush with remaining dressing.
Grill skewers 10-12 min.
Brush with reserved dressing in the last 2 min. of cooking.
